It's Hard To Leave. It's that time of the year again
And I say that it's part and parcel of life
I make it seem so easy to go
But the truth is, it's hard to leave
The plane awaits me one more time
And you say "Dear please don't go"
You feel the pain wrenching within
And the truth is, it's hard to leave
You comfort me when I'm down
Put a smile on my face when I frown
It's hard to leave
It's hard to leave
With you I feel joy like none before
I can only love you more and more
It's hard to leave
It's hard to leaveThe summer came and went so fast
And I say that all good things must end
I look so brave and undeterred
But the truth is, it's hard to leave
Yet another crossroad awaits us both
And you say that you need me around
You tear a tear of everlasting love
And the truth is, it's hard to leave
I Miss You Dear

A New Home. No wonder the guys living with me said that the apartment had POTENTIAL. Could vaguely remember the place, only a faint memory since I last visited it prior to renting it. The previous tenants were an untidy lot I tell you!! Well Josh and I are in the midst of getting the house in shape before the rest come in over the next few days.
Wells, thought I'll take a few photos of the place before the magic begins. One of those before-after shots yah? Heh! =O)

View of room from the front door

Crappy view of outside from window

I have my own walk-in wardrobe!!

A fire place that doesn't work

My future recording station, need to shift some furniture around first though!

My double bed! Will probably convert half of it into something else lahh.
Surprisingly, I had a really good sleep last night! And the weather's just fantastic. It's great to be back!! =O)

The Gig. It was fantastic! The experience of playing with Oneliner was tremendous! it's been almost a good year since I last jammed with them, but yet, the chemistry was there. Only now, it's even more amazing! Thank you guys for giving me that wonderful experience. Nothing beats playing with guys you really love! =O)
This time the gig was kinda different. Well I guess you could say it was like some closed door party. Things that we
slightly different.
1. There was no smoke and the music was not overpowering.
2. There was free alcohol.
3. The DJ's music didn't come on right after each set.
4. No one had to wait to use the bathroom.
I hope everyone enjoyed themselves! Yeah I think the 2nd set was a little more meaningful yah? Had friends coming up to do a number each. Special thanks to those who overcame their fear of performing, especially since we didn't practice the number prior to the performance, you guys were GREAT!
Special mention
MUST be given to
Jon - The creator of Barfly ( A pity he couldn't be there to watch the
LIVE performance of it!
Beks - My lovely sister for her wonderful rendition of her original work
Jue Bu Fang ShouPeishan - The lady with the beautiful and most powerful voice in her star-hit
I Turn To You Wendy - My MOST beautiful girlfriend in her duet with me, a chinese number titled
Ni Zui Zhen Gui Jess - For closing the night with her rendition of
Leaving On A Jetplane and last but not least
Oneliner - For all the other songs!!!
Some photos to compliment the wonderful evening. =O)

Needs no further introduction

What A Busy Day. Firstly, I must thank God for seeing me thru' the whole dance thing. It's really been an amazing experience! Although I freaked out on stage, and evidently made some errors, it was all well worth it. I was quite afraid of committing to it as dance ain't exactly my forte, but with His guidance, it worked out well!
Meanwhiles, I have been preparing for a workshop coming up in 2 weeks' time. It's basically a summary of what I've learnt whilst in Bristol. Really wanna share this with the Youth Ministry before heading back. =O)
The gig at Prince of Wales went well too! Was playing with Leeson, and it was fun jamming with like-minded people again! Had to rush off to UK Bound right after, where I met many old friends! It was fun, and it was really nice meeting up with the rest too! I've got another 2 weeks plus before heading back. Really thank God for seeing me thru this Summer Break. Would never forget all the good times with friends, and all that marvelous experiences with old pals!!
