Messed Up Body Clock.It's been almost a week since I got home but I can't seem to get over the jet lag. Of course it doesn't help that the World Cup is now on and that the matches are all at 3am in the morning. Also, I've been sending my sister to school this week, so that doesn't help as well.
Sorry for looking so terrible - to those who are concerned - don't worry! It's all under control, I'll do something about my bloodshot eyes!!
Thanks to one and all for your well wishes. Really enjoyed my birthday this year. Nothing beats spending it with loved ones. Wendy was really sweet to take me out to Sunset Grill for dinner. We had a great meal together - Calamari, Button Mushrooms, Lamb, Buffalo Wings and a nice bottle of red wine to go with it! It's a nice place, a little far though!
Melbourne with my family was fantastic too. Did some shopping there, drove to Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island to see the little Penguins. Oh yes, Melbourne opened its first Krispy Kremes!! And Rachel really really wanted some, so we drove about half an hour out of Melbourne Central to get it. When we got there, the queue to get the donuts was over 2 hours long! She went home disappointed. =O(

Pre-Portugal.So Wendy is still packing for our trip to Portugal. Our bus leaves at 720am tmrw and we'll begin the ardious journey from Bristol to Central London, before taking yet another bus to Gatwick and then flying to Lisbon. Well it's not over yet, cos we've gotta take the train up to Porto before resting for the night. Yes it's a full day of traveling. =O(
It's been really really fun since Wendy came! Here are some photos to prove it!! Went down to Heathrow to pick her up at 0555H!!! Well worth it lahh, managed to spend a full day in London before heading back to Bristol!
We started the beautiful morning at the Natural History Museum. It's about the millionth time I've been there but I'm still loving it!! Well to be fair, the last time I was there wasn't all that fantastic having consumed 4 pints of Leffe. The dinosaurs actually looked like they were moving!
One perfect reason why we're together - THE love for food!!!!!!
Caught Footloose in the evening. It was okay lahh, not all that great. The lyrics were quite cheesy and the dancing so-so. If you have time, go watch others like Billy Elliot, We Will Rock You or Sinatra. (Haven't caught all those three yet!)
The theatres are beautiful!!
Got kinda lost before the show. We were frantically looking for this dance shop called Bloch. Remembered Hsia Ling falling in love with the shop, except that it was clse when she saw it, so could only admire it from the window frame. Well Wendy managed to go in!! Fantastic place to get dance costumes!
Headed back to Bristol the next day and did a picnic. Went over to the Sinclair Girls' home - just to show Wendy where I spend most of my time at. Heh!! Too bad only Pear and Yanxuan were home. Met up with Jon, Ai Meng, Corey, Yanxuan and Fu for dinner at Mayflower. Very very nice.

What exams?!Haha I'm FINALLY done!!!!! YAY!!! After a LONG period of work, I'm FINALLY done!!!! Had a fantastic dinner and some beer at La Tasca with the house guys and the manor girls. It was great, to be able to relax without a worry. The paper went okay lahh, it's one od those you can't really tell how you did. So just leaving it in God's hands now. Did my best and leaving the rest to Him!
Anyways on the topic of smart cars. You all should know by now how I can't resist pushing one when I see one. Sideways I mean - cos' it's like so small so very tempting lahh! Well with all my reservations on the car, I must admit that it can be useful in ONE way.
